Wednesday Leftovers

Today is my Friday-eve. I'm off on real Friday this week so yeah...
Breakfast: Egg Beaters and Cheese. (PP: 2). I'm not sure why sometimes my 2 tablespoons of cheese tracks as one point and sometimes it's zero. I'm going to try and make sure I track it on the higher side just to be safe. 

Snack: Banana, Peanut Butter, and a Skinny Hazelnut Latte. (PP: 7)

Lunch: My same fav taco salad and cantaloupe. (PP: 6)

My afternoon snack was strawberries, but I was suuuper busy so I forgot to snap a picture. (PP: 0)

Dinner: Falafel, Pita, Hummus, Tzatziki, Carrots, Tomatoes, Broccoli. (PP: 12)

Dessert: Dove Miniature and Emerald Chocolate & Peanut Butter Nuts. These nuts are so addictive; it's cocoa roasted almonds and peanuts and walnuts coated in the peanut butter powder. Seriously good. (PP: 6)

Sesame Ginger Lettuce Wraps

Today was a pretty successful day.

Breakfast: Egg Beaters and Cheese. Also coffee with fat free half and half. (PP: 2)

Snack: Banana with Peanut Butter. (PP: 4).

Lunch: Salad with Vegetarian Taco Filling, Black Beans, Guacamole, and Light Sour Cream. Also Cantaloupe and a Godiva Chocolate Gem. (PP: 7)

Snack: Voskos Fate Free Greek Yogurt. This one is Fig flavored and I absolutely adore it. Seriously try it. Also I had strawberries, but I ate them to fast to snap a picture. 

Dinner: Sesame Ginger Lettuce Wraps and Mango Cabbage Slaw. Oh my goodness these were so fast and easy. They were so so good, I have been wanting lettuce wraps for a while and these definitely hit the spot. Check out the recipes here and here. The only change I might mkake is to sub beef for chicken in the wraps, but only because it's kind of high in points for a week night meal. (PP: 18)
